Having grown up on Siesta Key, Christy Neff is very familiar with the barrier islands and surrounding areas. After living and traveling extensively overseas for many years, she realized that Sarasota is home and the best place to be. A full-time real estate professional, she earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSHPS), and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designations. Her years of owning, managing and staging properties, combined with her passion and energy, aid her clients in selecting the perfect home. Christy is an amazing advocate for her clients. She goes above and beyond to ensure the daunting process of buying a home goes as smoothly as possible. She works tirelessly to follow up on any and all outstanding items after the purchase as well. Throughout my professional career, I have relocated 14 times (7 with a family); to say the moves are somewhat stressful is an understatement.
